My practice is built on the belief that a well-guarded brand is the foundation of a secure future. I combine a rigorous technical review with a warm, personalized approach to guide businesses through the complexities of trademark registration and enforcement.

I am a partner at JSDC Law Offices in Hershey and have been with the firm for more than eighteen years. Until 2026, my practice focused primarily on family law (if you're looking for that website, you can find that here). Then I discovered trademarks, and it is such a refreshing change of pace! I love working with business owners -- hearing their stories and learning how they built (or want to build!) their brands is exciting and inspiring.

I am from Central Pennsylvania -- I graduated from Central Dauphin High School in 2001. I like to say that I escaped for the rest of my education - a B.A. from Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!) in 2005 and then my J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2008. In law school, I was inspired by Congressman (then-Professor) Jamin Raskin to become a Marshall-Brennan Fellow, and through that program, I taught constitutional law to high school students in the Washington, D.C. public school system.

After graduation, I returned to my roots. After a decade of living in Midtown, Harrisburg, I was pulled to the suburbs where I live with my husband, my sons, and my doodle, Willa. When I'm not working, you can probably find me watching my twins play baseball.

I am admitted to practice law in all state courts in Pennsylvania and in the federal Middle District of Pennsylvania. Since trademarks is a federal practice, I can represent clients from anywhere -- not just PA. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and through January 2027 am serving as the President of the Dauphin County Bar Association.
